We treat everyone the same. You first answer these questions. We will see if we have anything that will suit you. We do follow up with previous landlords, and current employers. Once you see an apartment and like it there will be another application you do that will costs $20 to fill out. that does a credit check, background check, sex offender check. Bad credit is not a reason for us not to rent to you. However we will weigh your current income and financial obligations in our decision. If you are approved to rent we will need the first months rent to hold the rental, no exceptions. In order to get the key you will need to activate utilies and pay one month's security. *
